Job description

Responsibilities

• Plan and follow up on daily planning and production achievement (KPI – OEE, efficiency, downtime, quality and safety) through proper communication with QA and Maintenance team.
• Provide training to staff members on food safety practices and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Establish work schedules and ensure employees follow them, addressing issues that may arise during the work day.
• Oversee the safety of the food preparation process by inspecting equipment and facilities to ensure they meet safety standards (GMP/GHP, HACCP, FSSC 22000).
• Review employee performance regularly to ensure they meet standards of excellence.
