Responsibilities

• Ensure all work instructions are carried out by the operators.
• Ensure all checklists are properly filled out by the operators.
• Ensure all process parameters are as specified in the procedures.
• Ensure product thickness and its tolerance are correctly set.
• Ensure the quantity of raw materials is accurate.
• Inspect and investigate any doubts regarding raw materials use.
• Ensure operators clean their work areas regularly.
• Ensure all production areas receive proper maintenance.
• Report faulty machinery to management after servicing.
• Ensure employees are given adequate training.
• Ensure training provided is recorded.
• Identify employees requiring further training.
• Ensure safety equipment is functional and used.
• Ensure employees use provided safety gear.
• Ensure employees follow established company rules.
• Take action against rule violations.
• Monitor employee performance regularly.
• Report issues affecting production performance quickly.

1. Ensuring Tasks Performed by Junior Supervisors and Operators Follow Procedures.

• Ensure all work instructions are carried out by the operators.
• Ensure all checklists are properly filled out by the operators.

2. Ensuring Smooth Production and All Processes Follow Established Parameters

• Ensure all process parameters are as specified in the procedures.
• Ensure product thickness and its tolerance are correctly set.

3. Controlling the Use of Raw Materials

• Ensure the quantity of raw materials used is accurate.
• Inspect and investigate if there are any doubts regarding the use of raw materials.

4. Maintaining Cleanliness in the Production Area

• Ensure operators clean their work areas regularly.

5. Ensuring the Production Department Receives Satisfactory Maintenance Services from the Engineering Department

• Ensure all production areas receive proper and sufficient maintenance.
• Follow up and report to higher management if machinery remains faulty after being serviced by Engineering.

6. Ensuring All Employees Receive Training

• Ensure employees are given adequate training.
• Ensure all training provided is recorded.
• Identify employees who require further training.

7. Ensuring the Production Area is Safe and Employees Follow Safety Procedures

• Ensure safety equipment is functional and used.
• Ensure employees use the provided safety gear and equipment.

8. Ensuring Employees Comply with Company Laws and Policies

• Ensure employees are disciplined and follow established company rules.
• Ensure appropriate action is taken against employees who violate company rules.
• Monitor employee performance regularly.

9. Reporting to Management Immediately if Important Issues Arise

• Report immediately to higher management if there are issues affecting production performance that take more than 2 hours to resolve.
