Responsibilities

• Supervise production line and lead to meet 2Q.
• Ensure daily quality and production output target are achieved.
• Achieve weekly production schedules and department goals.
• Able to communicate and deliver department, management & company objectives.
• Continuously implementing quality, productivity and efficiency improvement.
• To train, educate and ensure support his / her subordinates to carry out their work in compliance with the production and management system.
• Good interpersonal skills between peers & other departments.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good command of Chinese, Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Preferably, Senior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Working knowledge in an electronic manufacturing/production role SMT, Soldering and Assembly experience.
