Overview

Apex Office Furniture Exporter – Rawang, Selangor

We are looking for a Production Planner who is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the manufacturing process to ensure timely production and delivery of goods. This role involves developing production schedules, managing material requirements, and ensuring accurate documentation to meet customer demands. The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Manager Production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, and release production orders across various departments (Workstation, Chair, Partition, and Steel).
  • Ensure availability of raw materials by coordinating with purchasing and warehouse teams to support smooth production flow.
  • Monitor production status, update relevant systems accurately, and assist in tracking customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain proper records of planning documents, prepare production reports, delivery schedules, and handle administrative tasks such as data entry and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between planning, production, and related departments, and utilize basic software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ZWCAD, Cabinet Vision, Microsoft Office) to support planning activities.
