We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Planner to join our dynamic team at BEAUTY LABEL & PACKAGING SDN. BHD. in Ipoh, Perak. As a Production Planner, you will play a crucial role in optimising our manufacturing operations and ensuring the efficient production of our high-quality packaging products. What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to meet customer demand and sales forecasts
• Manage production schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with the production, procurement, and quality teams to identify and resolve any bottlenecks or issues
• Analyse production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimisation strategies
• Contribute to the development and refinement of production planning systems and tools
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on production performance and KPIs

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production planning or scheduling role, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry
