A leading technology company in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia, is looking for a proactive individual to manage customer planning and inventory requirements. This role involves daily monitoring of orders, collaboration with production teams, and creating SAP work orders. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, as the candidate will work with Mandarin-speaking customers. A Bachelor’s Degree in any field is essential. This position offers an opportunity to optimize inventory management processes in a dynamic environment.
Plan & work proactively with Customer's Planning team and internal Team to meet customer’s requirement and internal KPIs: OTD of line item and volume, cycle time, order fulfilment and other supporting goal.
Liaise with customer on the forecast vs actual loading, review with IE on forecast vs capacity when receive weekly /monthly forecast.
Collaborate with internal Team to meet customer’s prioritization requirement consistently & improve Loading Accuracy vs. Forecast and optimize capacity per AOP.
Collaborate with internal Team to support ah-hoc, upside and urgent request.
Daily Monitoring AO, PO, WIP & FG to meet On Time delivery & provide regular update to customer per request including daily update of plan vs actual.
Coordinate with Production team to provide justification and recovery plan for any backlog and communicate effectively to customer.
Daily WIP Monitoring & Expediting to provide status and performance update to customer.
Other duties assigned by supervisor.
Creation SAP work order to FGS ensure correct part schedule to production. Monitoring work order status and follow up to close work order as per plan. Working with finance and inventory team to solve fallout issue.
Liaise with Materials Planning to ensure sufficient support of both direct/indirect materials to support daily/weekly loading.
