Job description

To oversee and execute the production process of melamine‑faced chipboards (MFC). This role involves monitoring, adjusting, and troubleshooting machinery, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the production and maintenance team in maintaining an efficient and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Machinery: Set up, operate, and adjust machinery for applying décor paper onto chipboards to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Production Monitoring: Inspect production lines regularly for consistent quality and adherence to production schedules.
• Quality Control: Perform visual and technical inspections on raw materials & finished products, identifying and addressing defects in décor paper or board structure.
• Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving machine or processing issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Maintenance Support: Collaborate with maintenance technicians to conduct repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Reporting: Report any abnormalities in raw materials, machinery, or production processes to supervisors.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Consistency: Follow working instruction to do job.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to optimize production efficiency and continuous improvement efforts.
• Housekeeping: Do daily housekeeping and maintain 5S to ensure machine area and factory area are neat and clean.
• Other: To manage ad hoc task assigned by management from time to time.
