Responsibilities

Always work to approved Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions, completing documents for the product being assembled or packed in accordance with the training provided.

Learn the skills required for the role by participating in all training and retraining activities as required by Superior.

Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness.

Rigorously observe the workplace, dress code and personal electronic device protocols provided during training.

Use their training to identify and place ‘On Hold’ any non-conforming material/product.

Ensure all containers, boxes and bags being used are clean, not contaminated and have product status labels attached.

Ensure that any PPE and/or gowning work wear is used in the manner shown during training and report any issues to the Superior.

Ensure that at the end of each day all containers are covered to protect them from contamination.

Ensure that they only set or adjust machines for which they have received training.

Participate in all training and retraining activities as required by Superior.

Accurately complete all documents that the operator is required to complete in an accurate, legible and timely manner and per Good Documentation Practices.
