Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of production processes, preventive maintenance, and workflow optimization.
• Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and motivating supervisors and operators.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production operations, ensuring quality and delivery targets are met.
• Oversee production inventory and control WIP exposure.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with teams to meet project timelines and respond to inquiries.
