Production Manager (Mine & Plant) role requires a combination of strong operational leadership and technical expertise to oversee daily mining and beneficiation plant activities. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimizing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. The Production Manager will lead and develop operational teams, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Qualification and Experience: Background in Mining Engineering, Mineral Processing, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

• Min. years of experiences: At least 8–10 years of relevant industry experience, with 3+ years in a managerial/supervisory role
