What you'll be doing

Operate and monitor various production machines and equipment to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing of our products

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with the machines to minimise downtime

Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain high standards of production

Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvements

Maintain detailed records of machine operations, production data, and any incidents

Assist with the training and supervision of junior machine operators as required

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate a variety of production equipment
