Amphenol TCS (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Production Leader to join our team in Simpang Ampat, Penang. This full-time role is a crucial leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production department. As Production Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise attendance of technicians and operators.
• Run production based on production schedule.
• Monitor and control product quality and ensure that process integrity is upheld.
• Maintain and update all production records, checklist, dashboard & report timely.
• Perform check and pass over during shift change over.
• Perform control on scraps.
• Manage operation document (SOP, work instructions and procedures) in production line.
• Ensure raw materials, packaging materials, & WIP inventory are recorded & tracked accurately.
• Feedback to Superior if facing any production problem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
• Able to understand schedule and arrange manpower and production control.
• Able to work shift (7am/pm-7pm-am) and support OT during weekends or call back.
• Able to control operator discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target orientated.
• Able to use microscope.
