Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturer in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated team leader to manage and supervise a production team. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, providing training, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and preferably have experience in lean manufacturing. A High School diploma is required, while a Bachelor of Science in Engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
