Responsibilities

1. To ensuring the quantity & quality of production plans in the managed area on daily basis.


2. Responsible for daily personnel management, organization and deployment in the area.


3. To handling production exceptions, collecting data and working on exception improvements on a daily basis.


4. To in-charge the workshop 5S activities.


5. To conduct weekly meetings on production, quality & safety.


6. Responsible for devising a training plan for local staffs.


7. To adhere to the company's Code of Conduct, regulations, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or has 2-5 years’ experience in manufacturing field.


• Able to work within tight timeline.


• May need to work at site if needed.


• Ability to communicate & interact with all levels of personnel.


• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese.
