Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Executive to join our team at PLYTEC. The Production Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all production activities to meet production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager in managing, overseeing, and monitoring the production activities efficiently.
• Ensure process control of production processes to achieve high efficiency with optimum productivity.
• Ensure resource planning including materials, manpower, and other related resources.
• Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of machineries and equipment.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining the production record/report is up-to-date.
• Supervise team members to ensure smooth daily activities.
• Need to know BOM list, know the basic manufacturing process, can read or draw shop drawings, and need related working experience.
• Need to read or draw shop drawings, know basic manufacturing process, have QC knowledge, use QC tools and QC principles, and need related working experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM, Diploma in Production Control or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in production and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel.
