Job description

Fitrah Food Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Executive to join our dynamic team at our manufacturing facility in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our production processes to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality food products.

What you’ll be doing

Oversee and manage day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Monitor production output, manpower allocation, and machine performance to meet daily targets.

Ensure all production processes comply with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).

Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation.

Coordinate with QA/QC, maintenance, warehouse, and other departments to resolve production issues.

Identify and implement improvements in workflow, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Train, guide, and supervise production operators to ensure proper work practices.

Ensure proper usage of raw materials and reduce wastage.

Assist in planning production schedules based on orders, stock levels, and materials availability.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.

What we’re looking for

Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing; experience in food manufacturing is an added advantage.

Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work overtime or shifts if required.
