Responsibilities

Arrange production schedule according to delivery schedule.

• Lead and motivate production leaders and operators to achieve the daily target and delivery.
• Supervise the allocation of manpower, timely detection of problems to ensure the smooth completion of production plans and delivery.
• Supervise the production process and work method.
• Organize training, train production staff on product concept and conduct self-check to maximize the product pass rate (to meet and exceed company requirements).
• Organize training for production staff efficiency and conduct assessment, to meet company requirements.
• Responsible for the production department discipline and supervision.
• Supervise production material in and out.
• Coordinate problem‑solving of relevant departments.
• Supervise the control of manufacturing costs of the department.
• Guide the production groups to complete production group data statistics.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations and measures.

Qualifications
