Responsibilities

• Work closely with product development and manufacturing engineering department.
• Ensure all production documentation is adequate and available.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians.
• Identify, collect data, analyse, and resolve production issues.
• Conduct testing and validation of machine/automation systems.
• Perform machine and product buy‑off.
• Perform data collection, data analysis and prepare report.
• Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues during production.
• Implement corrective and preventive measures for production issues.
• Prepare materials for production.
• Execute production plan to meet delivery timeline.
• Identify and mitigate bottlenecks in production processes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Support changes to improve productivity and quality.
• Monitor production KPI and drive improvements.
• Report to stakeholders on processes and activity status.
• Monitor and resolve production-related issues proactively.
• Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
• Perform 5S tasks to maintain the production environment.
