KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process Development and Optimization : Design, Develop, Implement Production processes, Procedures, and Schedules to increase efficiency and Productivity.
• Quality and Safety Assurance : Monitor production to ensure it meets quality standards and safety regulations (Included conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions).
• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve production issues, such as equipment malfunctions, to minimize downtime.
• Cost and Efficiency Improvement : Find opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency through process improvements and by monitoring production metrics.
• Team and Staff Management : Supervise production staff, train them on operating procedures and safety guidelines, and delegate tasks.
• Data Analysis and Reporting : Monitor production data, analyze performance, and develop reports to identify areas for improvement.
• ISO 22000:2018 : Knowledge in ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System.
• Ad-hoc required from time to time and assist General Manager and Factory Manager in daily activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education : A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is typically required.
• Experience : Relevant work experience in manufacturing or production is often preferred, 2 - 5 years experience.
• Skills : Proficiency in MS Office, Superb written and verbal communication, Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.
