Job description

To meet the required output on time, while comply with Quality, Environment and Safety standard.

Involve in process improvement and find ways to improve quality, prevent waste and minimize lost time in production processes.

Responsible to improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing & planning work flow based on space requirement & equipment layout.

Cost management according to budget and search for necessary equipment to maximize process capacity and process improvement.

To review and enhance existing process to maximize the efficiency of process, machine capacity and productivity of production line.

To develop and implement efficient manufacturing systems and new technology, by conducting research programs, applying knowledge of fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials.

To setup new production line & new production model; while maintain or establish production related documents such as MQ, WI, VGI, etc.

Conferring with equipment vendors to ensure timely equipment maintenance and installation in order to meet operation goals.

Performing audit to existing manufacturing process and machine to ensure the smoothness of processes and facilities.

Work closely with other department such as QAQC and Maintenance to enhance current manufacturing routes and method, for better quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering with CGPA 3.0/2nd upper and above.
• Creative, innovative, strong team player, dedicated and committed, analytical, able to lead any improvement projects.
• Knowledge to operate CNC machine will be added advantage.
• Preferably some work experience in manufacturing environment.
