Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for optimizing the manufacturing processes and quality of NAND flash storage products (the Product)
• Work closely with EMS factories for the manufacturing of the Product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement and new production technologies
• Support in the assembly, testing and evaluation of new products
• Identify the opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization
• Demonstrate the application of problem solving, risk management, decision making and project management techniques/methodologies to achieve objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a production and/or testing engineer in an EMS factory for the Product
• In-depth knowledge of large-scale manufacturing including processes, production systems, and quality control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with production teams
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient production processes
