• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase yield.
• Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications through regular inspections and testing.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain continuous operations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance, to implement process improvements.
• Training: Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment.
• Project Management: Lead and manage process improvement projects from concept to implementation.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with company safety policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related field).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production or process engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using process optimization tools and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
• Problem‑Solving: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or related methodologies.
