About the Role

We are seeking a Cost Management & Manufacturing Optimization Specialist who is passionate about driving profitability through smart cost control, efficient processes, and strong team leadership. This role plays a critical part in optimizing Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) across manufacturing operations—from budgeting and forecasting to variance analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Management & Budgeting

Analyze, forecast, and control manufacturing costs (materials, labor, overhead).

Develop operational budgets and monitor actual performance against targets.

Conduct variance analysis and propose improvement actions to enhance profitability.

Process & Operations Optimization

Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes with strong Industrial Engineering practices.

Improve productivity, sustainability, and cost efficiency across production.

Plan and monitor production costing to ensure profitable and timely delivery.

Resource Planning

Optimize manpower planning, shift schedules, and overtime to meet production targets cost‑effectively.

Evaluate performance against KPIs and adjust resources accordingly.

Strategic Improvement

Analyze manufacturing data to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Stay updated on new manufacturing technologies and systems to enhance efficiency.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Assembly, and Finance teams.

Support production requirement studies and ensure alignment on deadlines and objectives.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the production team.

Own departmental KPIs and drive continuous performance improvement.

Conduct regular team meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of working experience in Planning, Procurement, Finance, or Process Engineering.

Management or team leadership experience is required.

Educational background in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics/Statistics, or Engineering.

Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in:

Procurement & Costing

Headcount and resource planning

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
