Position Overview

The Production Clerk supports daily production operations by coordinating production activities, managing production process orders, maintaining inventory records, and preparing reports. This role also assists in production planning, stock movement tracking, and label preparation to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Create and close the daily Production Process Order.

Manage inventory data and support stock counting.

Assist in stock movement traceability.

Prepare production weekly and monthly reports.

To assist and follow up on the Daily Production Planning.

Perform other related duties assigned by superiors from time to time.

Education

Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Diploma in any field.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in related tasks.

Skills

• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Having good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of the filling system.
