Responsible for performing administrative tasks to support daily department operations and system Auto count.

Responsibilities
  • Handle for the entire department HR related issue and request
  • Medical Sheet / Claim, Manpower Request, Rotating Shift Change
  • Note, Purchase Request, Overtime Record, Record (leave application, daily attendance & lateness)
  • In-charge of department administrative job
  • Filing, Stationary, request, budget plan by monthly, document distribution
  • Update Training Records
  • Monitor Training Progress with HR for new employee
  • Follow up suppliers for delivery
  • Daily Update attendance record
  • Filling D.O from suppliers
  • Prepare monthly report, updates of records
  • Provide clerical supports to superior
  • Responsible to deliver any other assignment/task as assigned by H.O.D
  • Prepare and key in document for monthly/daily Stock Take
  • Involve in stock take
Job Qualification
  • SPM / Diploma
  • Working experience in related field
  • Able to work a flexible schedule
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Power Point, Word, and Excel
