Responsibility

• Lead and supervise the Warehouse, Slitting, and TTR Converting teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and production targets.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to departmental staff to foster continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Ensure manpower allocation and shift planning meet production schedules efficiently.
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Monitor and optimize workflow between warehouse, slitting, and converting operations to minimize downtime and bottlenecks.
• Ensure timely execution of all slitting and converting jobs according to production requirements.
• Ensure all work activities comply with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to minimize production rejects and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Enforce good housekeeping practices and maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace.
• Support ISO, safety, and environmental audits as required.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement process optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering for equipment upkeep and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Participate in cost-reduction and waste minimization programs.
