A manufacturing company in Shah Alam is seeking a dedicated individual to manage BOM processes, materials planning, and assembly scheduling. You will monitor inventory and ensure timely supply of parts, coordinate with various teams, and track assembly progress. Ideal candidates should have a minimum SPM with experience in clerical or production roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills are essential for this role. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Ensure timely receipt of items based on BOM.
Monitor and manage variations between BOM and actual panel requirements.
Coordinate with engineers and designers to resolve any BOM variations.
Plan and track raw material availability, including cables and accessories.
Coordinate with purchasing and store to prevent shortages.
Update assembly progress.
Identify and report potential risks that could affect on‑time delivery.
Coordinate with PPC to ensure the latest updates on schedule changes and support the manager in handling the impact.
Monitor assembly tools and equipment usage.
Report tooling needs or replacements required for smooth operations.
Maintain records of inventory for assembly‑related items.
Ensure timely supply of parts and materials to the assembly team.
Minimum SPM (Diploma in related field is a plus).
1–2 years of experience in clerical, or production‑related roles (fresh graduates is welcome).
Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication skills (written & verbal) for coordination with supervisors, engineers, and operators.
