Job Description / Responsibilities

• Record the employee attendance
• Record new truck delivery movement
• Record all type of lubricant oil and diesel movement in and out
• Help with new employee intake foreigner and local
• Record employees OT list
• Handle OT food ordering and dealing with OT food tender
• Assist human resource department on any production overtime matter
• Prepare food ordering for workers
• Deal with account department regularly
• Deal with employees discipline matter, for example worker's attendance and payslip problem
• Update daily truck delivery status in Whatsapp group
• Any ad-hoc job assigned by the management
