Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Technology Consultant to join our Agency Sales team, where innovation knows no borders. This team drives commercial success by delivering product expertise, solution consulting and technology support to Sabre’s travel agency customers—including online travel agencies (OTAs), travel management companies (TMCs), and leisure agencies. OTAs focus on online consumer bookings, TMCs manage corporate travel programs, and leisure agencies curate personalized vacations and tours. In this role, you will act as the product and technology expert supporting pre-sales efforts, customer solutioning and implementation success. You will collaborate closely with account teams, product managers and technical teams to translate customer needs into tailored solutions. Your work will influence sales outcomes, technology adoption and long-term customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic sales engagements with solution consulting and product expertise.
  • Translate customer needs into functional product recommendations and implementation plans.
  • Partner with product and delivery teams to shape customer-specific solutions.
  • Deliver product presentations and demos that highlight business value and technical fit.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and post-sale technical enablement.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in travel technology or SaaS, with strong understanding of agency workflows, GDS platforms and APIs.
  • Proven ability to support sales cycles through consultative solutioning and product demos.
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen with ability to bridge product capabilities and customer needs.
  • Experience collaborating across product, sales and engineering teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
