Job summary

A leading manufacturer in building materials seeks a Sales Executive in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets while ensuring superior customer service. They will build and manage relationships with clients, including developers and architects, and provide technical expertise to support product promotion. Qualifications

Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Establish and nurture relationships with both existing / potential customers.

Promote and get company products specified by visiting developer, architects and consultants.

Serve as the key expert on assigned products, providing in-depth technical knowledge to internal teams and customers.

Support the sales team with product presentations, technical documents, demonstrations, and customer inquiries.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business/Marketing or related field.

Preferable proficient in Mandarin‑speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin‑speaking customers.

FRESH GRADUATE or minimum 1 year of working experience, ideally in the building materials industry or related field.

Strong network with contractors, developers, and architects would be an added advantage.

Aggressive and willing to travel outstation.

Independent, self-driven, and committed to achieving results.

Must possess own transport.

Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft is required.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
