Job Summary
  • Support Sales & Distribution in assigned areas with KPI on sales target.
The Day-To-Day Activities
  • Execute and monitor effectiveness of sales strategy/promotion plans and seek new opportunities to expand UM touch points & pyramid.
  • Continue deepening dealer’s loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
  • Ensuring proper knowledge and training on:
    • System: Genuine and accurate activations through control system & system knowledge.
    • Product: Full range of products.
    • How to Sell: Accurate and correct information given.
    • Incentives / Pyramid: Proper guidance in building loyalty.
    • POSM: Latest & up to date POSM.
  • Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence.
  • Build good rapport and trust with dealers by providing support, information and guidance.
  • Always maintain good discipline and performance.
  • Perform trade events, visit and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance.
Job Requirements
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Telco / FMCG related environment.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any field.
  • Sales driven with good track record.
  • Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
