Overview

Responsibilities

1. Product Knowledge, Training and Product Detailing
   • Gain comprehensive understanding of medical devices.
   • Conduct in-person training and product detailing.
   • Offer support for product inquiries.
   • Creating and delivering product presentations and training materials to internal staff and external partners.
2. Sales and Marketing Support
   • Assist sales and marketing team with product information.
   • Develops and implements marketing plans/projects and sales support tool that include brochures and promotional datasheets.
   • Supports marketing team in developing and implementing marketing activities.
3. Market Research and Analysis
   • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify consumer preference and competitive landscape.
   • Analyse market trends and competitor products.
4. Regulatory Compliance
   • Stay updated on healthcare regulations.
   • Ensure compliance of products and materials.
5. Documentation and Reporting
   • Compile product information for easy reference.
   • Maintain detailed records and prepare reports.
6. Networking and Relationship Building
   • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
   • Foster collaboration within the team.
7. Ad-hoc Tasks
   • Handle additional tasks assigned by management.
   • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.

Skills and Qualifications

1. At least Diploma/Higher Diploma/Bachelor's degree in related field.
2. ONE year or more of proven experience as a Product Specialist or related.
3. Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills.
4. Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
7. Possess own car and willing to travel.
