We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Solutions Engineer with a strong foundation in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will support clients by providing technical solutions, preparing proposals, and managing projects. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit client sites occasionally to support product installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting as required.
• Prepare technical proposals tailored to meet client needs, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to follow up on proposals, services, and project progress.
• Prepare detailed reports for servicing jobs, documenting key findings and solutions implemented.
• Assist in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a technical environment.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
• Great attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Solid understanding of engineering knowledge, with a desire to deepen technical expertise.
