Job summary

A leading technology company in Johor is seeking a Process Engineer to design and optimize manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and at least 1 year of experience in product development or process engineering. responsibilities include supporting new product introductions, monitoring production processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with CAD software and good command of English are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in product development, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
• Familiarity with metal processing, motor manufacturing, or product assembly is preferred.
• Proficient in CAD/SolidWorks/ProE/CREO.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and work instructions.
• Support new product introduction and validate processes.
• Monitor and analyze production processes to drive corrective actions.
• Provide training for staff on process knowledge.
