An e-commerce company in Malaysia is seeking a Product Photographer & Content Creator to capture high-quality images and videos of fishing tackle products for online listings. Candidates should have proven experience in product photography and graphic design, specifically using tools like Canva and CapCut. A passion for fishing is a bonus, as it helps in showcasing product features effectively. This role requires creativity, technical skills in video production, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced e-commerce trends.
Product Photography: Capture high-quality, sharp, and attractive photo of fishing tackle products (fishing rods, lures, accessories) for our online store listings.
Graphic Design: Design eye-catching product cover photo, campaign banners, and promotional artwork for Shopee and TikTok Shop using Canva or other design tools.
Video Production: Shoot and edit short, engaging product videos (unboxing, close-ups, features) specifically optimized for TikTok and social media reels.
Post-Production: Retouch images (color correction, background removal) to ensure a professional look.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm visual concepts that drive sales and engagement.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in product photography (e-commerce experience is a major plus).
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Canva for graphic design.
Strong skills in video shooting and mobile video editing (e.g., CapCut).
Familiarity with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and lighting setups.
Interest: Passion for or knowledge of fishing/angling is a huge advantage (helps in understanding how to showcase the product features).
Soft Skills: Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced e-commerce trends.
