Job summary

This role is responsible for setting and driving the product vision. This role requires a blend of product management, analytical experience, business acumen and interpersonal skills. As part of Group Digital Product, the candidate is responsible for championing the product vision and drive business results.

General responsibilities
  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for patient solutions program, a suite of products that enable patients to access, manage, and share their health data and care plans.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business users and markets to understand their pain points, needs, and goals. Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to validate product opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Define and communicate clear and measurable product objectives, key results, and success criteria.
  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications that align with the product vision and user needs.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user expectations and technical standards.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog and roadmap, balancing user value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate and execute product launches, including go‑to‑market planning, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer feedback. Analyze and report on product performance, user behavior, and customer feedback, using data and insights to inform product iterations and enhancements.
  • Act as the product evangelist and advocate, both internally and externally, to build awareness and adoption of patient solutions.
