Job summary

A tech company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product development initiatives. You will be responsible for managing the product backlog, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring that product specifications are understood across all relevant departments. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in product development and proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Figma. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product development.

• Good understanding of Agile delivery methodology (Scrum/Kanban).

Job description

Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog

Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products.

Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams

Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals

Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities

Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions

Lead team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project

Collaborate with internal and external units to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related discipline

Five or more years of experience in product development

Proficient in Microsoft suite, JIRA, ServiceDesk, Confluence, LucidChart, Figma

Good understanding of Agile delivery methodology – Scrum/Kanban

Knowledge in CRM, Payment System, API gateway and Microsoft SQL would be added advantage.
