We’re looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Product Marketing Support Executive to join our marketing team. If you enjoy coordinating campaigns, working with product data, and bringing marketing ideas to life, this role is for you.

Job Description
  • Assist in the preparation of product launch decks, GTM plans, and internal communication materials.
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors on creative execution, POSM development, and campaign roll‑out.
  • Track campaign timelines and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets to retail and online platforms.
  • Support in updating price lists, product specs, and promotional SKUs across internal systems and platforms.
  • Help monitor and benchmark pricing versus competitors and highlight discrepancies.
  • Consolidate sell‑out, market share, and campaign performance data for weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Analyze sales trends, ROI, and market feedback to support product strategy discussions.
  • Assist in managing internal tools (e.g., pricing portals, product systems) and documentation.
  • Liaise with Sales, SCM, Retail Marketing, and Online teams for alignment on product roll‑out plans.
  • Coordinate with HQ or regional office for data input, approvals, and campaign communication.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related fields.
  • Good command of Mandarin (required for HQ/market alignment).
  • 1 year experience in marketing or admin support is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word & Excel (pivot tables / V‑lookups a plus).
  • Good presentation ability and basic analytical skills.
  • Experience in livestream operations or basic design (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a big plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Contract & Benefits
  • 1‑Year Renewable Contract
  • Flexible Working Hours – complete 9 hours anytime between 8:30am–5:30pm or 9:30am–6:30pm
  • Monthly Transport Allowance: RM200
  • Mobile Claim: Up to RM50/month
  • Annual Bonus: 1 month basic salary (13th‑month pay)
  • OT Meal Allowance (for salary > RM4,000)
  • Overtime Pay (for salary < RM4,000)
