As a Product Manager – Procurement Digital Transformation, you will lead the design and implementation of solutions for supply management that enable resilience. You will work closely with partners, vendors and development teams to define solution vision, roadmap and implementation plan while managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Responsibilities
- Own the implementation of technology solutions, driving transformative changes and delivering value to the Procurement organization.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify, analyze and prioritize requirements and develop tailored features for technology solutions.
- Define and communicate a clear vision for the Supply Management solution within the procurement ecosystem.
- Craft acceptance criteria for solution features, guaranteeing they meet the operational needs and user experience standards.
- Collaborate with solution architects and data scientists to integrate advanced problem‑solving capabilities into the solution.
- Foster the adoption of AI‑driven technologies to optimize supply management, from predictive disruption handling to efficient prioritisation.
- Facilitate continuous product improvement, leveraging collaborator feedback and adapting to new market developments.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure product development is in sync with business goals and user requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators, making strategic adjustments to enhance supply chain performance and resilience.
- Be the change agent and drive adoption with organizational change management methods and tools to embrace the change.
- Provide product support and training to end‑users and stakeholders.
- Effectively engage with procurement leadership and cross‑functional business clients.

- Knowledgeable in procurement technology landscape and business processes.
- Knowledgeable in disruptive technologies and their application in supply chain management.
- Able to translate complex concepts into actionable plans for non‑technical audiences.
- Well‑versed in project management skills, program management, stakeholder management and technology transformation to develop best‑in‑class results.
- Demonstrate strong communication through active listening and the ability to articulate complex problem statements concisely and accurately to all levels.
- Agile in adopting new tools and ways of working towards continuous improvement to optimize business outcomes.
- Leading without authority and collaborating with an inclusive approach across geographical and organisational cultures to achieve mutual success.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Product Owner, preferably in procurement or supply chain management.
- Solid understanding of AI applications in supply chain and procurement.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
- 1‑3 years of experience as a change agent, having effectively implemented change in a large cross‑functional organisation.
- SAP ERP expertise is preferred.
- Project Management Certification (e.g., by PMI) is an added advantage.
- Proficient in O365, MS Project, Visio, Agile/backlog management (e.g., Azure, Jira, Confluence), or equivalent.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
