The Product Manager – Network Solutions is responsible for value proposition development, product lifecycle management, commercial strategy, and innovation to drive business growth, operational efficiencies, and customer satisfaction.
This role focuses on shaping, executing, and optimizing the ICT solution strategy, ensuring seamless integration with core telco products for customers. The Product Manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Solutions, Delivery and Operations teams to deliver differentiated and competitive ICT solutions to achieve revenue targets. You will be responsible for the strategy, commercial performance, and lifecycle management of high-capacity network products, including IPLC, and cross-border connectivity.
The incumbent will balance product innovation, pricing strategy, and partner management, ensuring network solutions remain competitive, profitable, and aligned with evolving customer and market needs.
Define the value proposition, product roadmap, and service creation blueprint for ICT products and solutions.
Establish strategic alignment with business objectives, ensuring long-term growth in revenue and sustainable profitability.
Drive innovation with understanding of customer needs, market trends, competition landscape and new business opportunities.
Ensure GTM readiness across sales channels, market positioning, and communication strategies.
Act as the business solution advisor, guiding internal teams in positioning and deploying solutions for clients.
Ensure internal readiness by coordinating resources, training, knowledge‑sharing, and capability‑building initiatives across relevant teams.
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to guarantee seamless implementation and support scalability.
Own the product P&L, driving revenue growth and cost optimization.
Achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets and contribute to the Long-Range Plan (LRP) to support business objectives.
Oversee product specification, lifecycle planning, in‑life support, change management, performance optimization and financial structuring.
Understand customer requirements and work across frontline to backend teams to ensure that great experience is delivered to customers.
Continuously assess customer pain points, market demands, and emerging technology trends.
Conduct competitive benchmarking, ensuring product remain ahead in the evolving ICT landscape.
Leverage data analytics and AI‑driven insights to refine product features and service offerings.
Manage the full lifecycle of network products including IPLC, and cross‑border connectivity.
Develop pricing strategies and commercial models that optimise revenue, utilisation, and margin.
Monitor product performance, identify growth levers, and drive continuous improvement across cost, performance, and customer experience.
Lead collaboration with local and international carriers, infrastructure partners, and data centre operators.
Support supplier consolidation and strategic sourcing to enhance capacity efficiency and cost competitiveness.
Ensure alignment between network capabilities and commercial objectives.
Track market developments, emerging connectivity models, and competitive activity across regional markets.
Identify new revenue opportunities through evolving network technologies (e.g., SDN, quantum‑safe, edge, or elastic capacity).
Translate infrastructure investments into differentiated business propositions.
Education: Bachelor’s in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Experience: 8–10 years in product management or ICT solutions, with exposure to IPLC and cross‑border connectivity. Strong commercial and technical background in telco.
