Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
This job scope’s main responsibility is to drive acquisition of new Maxis Fibre subscribers by developing compelling product marketing proposition on Fibre Broadband propositions.
Develop and implement product marketing plans aligning with overall business objectives (revenue and acquisitions) and market trends.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation concept to launch and post-launch performance analysis, ensuring offerings meet market demands.
Responsible in conducting in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities/areas and target audiences.
Collaborate closely and build strong engagement with cross-functional teams across the business including Sales, Product Development, Brand Marketing, Legal, Finance and IT to deliver successful product and campaign launches.
Monitor, analyze, and report on product performance, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for optimization in a fast-paced setting - leveraging insights of your own, and from the ground.
