Responsibilities
  • Act as the product and business lead to deliver hyper-personalized engagement capabilities across all customer touchpoints.
  • Gather and define requirements based on business use cases and data insights, collaborating with technology teams to design and develop solutions.
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and releases to maximize business value and align with the overall roadmap.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing and launching personalization tools and features, including engagement automation, content management, A/B testing, reporting, and optimization.
  • Provide clear direction to ensure team alignment on objectives, deliverables, and successful implementation of personalization initiatives.
  • Define success metrics, monitor performance, and measure the impact of released features to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop release plans and champion platform adoption across the organization to ensure effective utilization of personalization capabilities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management, digital platforms, MarTech, CRM, or customer engagement solutions, preferably in large enterprises or regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to manage or implement SaaS platforms, including vendor selection, onboarding, configuration, integration, and optimization.
  • Hands on experience with Marketing Automation, CDP, CRM, or Personalization platforms as a product owner or platform lead.
  • Skilled in working with external vendors, SaaS providers, and system integrators for contract scoping, delivery governance, and performance management.
  • Ability to translate business/marketing needs into platform capabilities, workflows, and integrations; experienced in Agile or hybrid Agile environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; postgraduate qualifications (MBA, Master’s) are a plus.
  • Product Management (Scrum Product Owner, SAFe POPM), Agile/delivery (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), and platform-specific (Marketing Automation, CDP, CRM).
