Role

Product Manager (Sales Department/Food Ingredients Division)

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for assigned product lines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and potential customers.
Product & Market Expertise
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of food ingredients, functional health products, and market trends.
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, food safety standards and product innovations.
Customer Support & Training
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to customize formulations and solutions for clients.
  • Assist customers with product applications, troubleshooting, and usage guidance.
Market Research & Strategy
  • Perform market analysis to identify customer needs and emerging trends.
  • Gather competitor insights and provide strategic recommendations to improve product positioning.
  • Work with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and sales strategies.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth product supply and availability.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis updates.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/ Nutrition/ Dietetic, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, product management, or technical support in the food industry.
