A gaming industry leader in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Product Manager to define the product vision and manage the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of product management experience, including 2 years in the online gaming sector. Responsibilities include market research, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision making. Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for your area, aligned with company OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and player feedback synthesis to identify opportunities.
Player-Centric Execution: Write clear product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize the product backlog ruthlessly using data and strategic impact.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Define key metrics (KPIs) for your product area (e.g., conversion rate, bet slip engagement, deposit funnel success, feature adoption). Use analytics (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, internal BI) and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure success.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, UX/UI, Marketing (Affiliate, CRM), Compliance, and Operations teams. Be the central point of communication and ensure alignment.
Regulatory & Compliance Acumen: Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all product features adhere to the regulatory requirements of our licensed markets (e.g., MGA, UKGC, Curaçao). Proactively design for responsible gambling.
Commercial Focus: Partner with the Trading/Sportsbook and CRM teams to understand margin, pricing, and promotional mechanics. Optimize product features to maximize player LTV and operator revenue.
End-to-End Delivery: Lead the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through development, QA, launch, and post-launch analysis.
