We are a fast‑growing Cloud POS system startup seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our product roadmap and manage the execution of our product strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer service, to develop and launch new products and features.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify new opportunities for product development and improvement.
• Define and prioritize product requirements, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Function as the team’s Scrum Master, helping to ensure that the product development backlog is always prioritized and in line with business objectives.
• Run daily standups to ensure that all team members are aligned and working accordingly to sprints.
• Develop and communicate product requirements and specifications to the engineering team, ensuring that they understand and can deliver on the product vision.
• Lead and guide the engineering team to develop product prototypes and conduct user testing to ensure that the product meets customer needs and expectations.
• Work with the marketing team to develop go‑to‑market strategies and product messaging that effectively communicate product value to customers.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including user engagement, retention, and revenue, and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the POS or software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) industry.
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful products and features.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and make trade‑offs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with design thinking and user‑centered design principles.
• Experience working in a startup is an added advantage.
