Job description
Responsibilities
  • Performing market/desk research to understand market requirements/needs for new product development.
  • Analysing existing products to identify areas for improvement and better serve customers' needs.
  • Conduct desk research, in cooperation with the sales department, to provide data and insight on industry trends, competitors' moves, and end-users’ requirements.
  • Assess customer requirements and propose new product ideas that cover the customer needs.
  • Prepare Product requirement Documents (PRD) for guiding new product development.
  • Deliver presentations to promote our product range and Support customers by providing product knowledge and resolving product issues.
  • Conduct sales analyses and generate insight, and provide regular product reporting to support decision making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other relevant course.
  • Proven knowledge and experience with project management tools.
  • Experienced user of CAD-tools and MS-office tools.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • A self-motivator, eager to learn and grow.
  • Innovative, critical thinking skills with the ability to generate and develop new ideas.
  • A connection to agricultural business would be helpful but is not a must.
  • Able to do internal and external trainings and presentations.
  • Ability to work across teams to utilize resources and maximize efficiency.
