• 1–2 years’ experience in product/category management (retail or electrical industry preferred).
• Good negotiation and analytical skills.
• Strong in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage product categories and ensure strong sales performance.

• Plan and monitor purchase orders with Product Admin team.

• Develop category growth plans and monitor monthly sales performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Manage product lifecycle from launch → sell-through → clearance.
• Plan and monitor purchase orders with Product Admin team.
• Negotiate with suppliers for promotions, rebates, and marketing support.
• Analyze pricing, margins, and stock health to achieve business targets.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to execute product campaigns.
• Prepare weekly/monthly category performance reports.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in product/category management (retail or electrical industry preferred).
• Good negotiation and analytical skills.
• Strong in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Good command of English and Malay (Mandarin is an advantage).
