As a Product Executive at Delfi Marketing Sdn Bhd, you will play a key role in the development and management of our diverse product portfolio. This full-time position is based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and strategic initiatives.

What you'll be doing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective product strategies, ensuring products meet quality and performance standards from ideation to launch.

Monitor product performance, gather data, and analyze customer feedback to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

Prepare and develop marketing plans and promotional activities in line with the company’s and principal’s objectives.

Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient product delivery, while managing A&P expenditures for timely reimbursement.

Maintain strong relationships with Principals and customers to uphold the company’s image and provide regular product updates to stakeholders.

To identify the appropriate channels of distribution for each and every product lines and draw up penetration strategies to gain their support

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies, and conduct regular market visits to gather intelligence.

  • Contribute to the creation of product marketing materials and sales collateral.
What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Product Manager or any other relevant field.

1-3 years of experiences in a product management or marketing role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry / FMCG companies.

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
