Job description

Serve as a core member of the Payment Services team, supporting the Business Unit Head in driving key initiatives and execution.

Lead the development and system integration of payment services, with a focus on remittance and cross-border payments.

Own the end-to-end product and project lifecycle, including scope definition, delivery, testing, and implementation.

Develop and maintain project and quality plans, tracking progress and providing timely status updates to stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.

Identify, manage, and mitigate business, technical, and project risks.

Assess the impact of changes on processes, people, and technology to ensure operational readiness.

Ensure quality control and governance practices are in place prior to go-live.

Requirements

Degree in Finance, IT, Business Information System or related field

Proven experience in Remittance / Card Payment / Multicurrency e-Wallet is preferred.

Meticulous and organized; able to be multi-tasked.

Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills.

Sense of urgency, attention to details, meticulous & precise.
