Job description

The Product & Content Development Executive supports recipe development, social media content creation, and multimedia production. This role combines product knowledge with creativity to transform products into visually appealing, consumer-friendly content for digital platforms, while also assisting with product presentations and regulatory documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Recipe Development

Adapt existing products into new or modified recipes suitable for social media and marketing activities.

• Prepare, trial and execute recipes for video shooting and photography, ensuring visual appeal and consistency.

Social Media Content Support

• Create engaging product content and captions for social media, develop creative ideas for videos and reels, and ensure all materials align with approved claims and brand guidelines.

Multimedia & Video Shooting Assistance

Assist the multimedia designer during video shoots, including setup, product preparation, and on-site support.

Coordinate preparation timelines to ensure ingredients, tools and products are ready for smooth and efficient shooting sessions.

Product Presentation & Engagement

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to visitors when required.

Clearly and confidently explain product features, benefits, and usage to enhance understanding and engagement.

Certification & Regulatory Support

Assist in handling certification applications for export purposes and product registration.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition or a related field.

Basic knowledge of food preparation, recipe development, or product formulation is a plus.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends.

Good communication skills in both written and spoken English

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
